Shipping:

We ship next morning delivery. All animals are guaranteed live upon arrival. Someone must be there to accept the delivery or there is no guarantee. They will be packed in a Styrofoam insulated box with a heat pack if required. We will not ship any animal in above 90 degree or below 40 degree weather. If by some chance a animal does arrive D.O.A. We must be contacted within one hour of you receiving that animal and a photo for proof must be taken. Do not discard the animal until we say.

Guarantee:

We guarantee the animal for 30 days from when you receive it. If you feel there is something wrong with the animal you must contact us immediately. We my require a photo of the enclosure and of the animal. As long as you follow our care sheets or others you should be fine. We understand sometime things happen. But you need to understand we need to know what type of environment you provided for the animal after you received it.

Payment Plans:

If you would like to purchase an animal and the weather is not accommodating or you do not have the funds at the moment a 20% non refundable deposit is required. We will hold the animal due to weather for as long as needed. If we are holding the animal for you because you do not have the funds then we will work out a payment plan and that will be agreed upon by both parties before the deposit is taken. The payment plan can be worked out over the phone but will then be sent to the buyer in an e-mail and agreed upon by both parties so we have proof of the arrangement.
